OUR STORY
FROM CLIMBERS TO CERTIFIED EXPERTS
CeeMAR Telecoms was founded in 2015 under the umbrella of The CARR Group Ltd — a limited liability company registered in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas since August 2012.
We entered the telecoms market as a small, capable team of competent climbers with one goal: to build reliable wireless infrastructure across the Bahamian archipelago. What started as tower erection quickly expanded to meet the full scope of what the industry needed — maintenance, equipment installation, DC power systems, decommissioning, audits, and microwave commissioning.
Today, CeeMAR operates two trained and certified professional teams of diverse, multi-faceted tower technicians and telecoms experts — responsible for the erection of over 25 towers spanning the full length of The Bahamas.

Meet the Founder
Mr. Charles Richardson is an Electronic Engineer with a background in telecommunications infrastructure and field operations. He has practical experience working with tower systems, DC power installations, wireless equipment, and radio frequency systems, and has received professional training in DC power, tower safety and heights training, and RF systems.
In 2025, Charles graduated top of his class with a 4.0 GPA, earning his degree in Electronic Engineering while working in the telecommunications industry. In 2015, Charles founded CeeMAR Telecoms, which operates under The CARR Group Ltd. The company focuses on telecommunications infrastructure services including tower erection, maintenance and repair, wireless equipment installation and commissioning, DC power installation, equipment decommissioning, tower demolition, and structural tower inspections and audits.
Through this work, Charles and his team have supported the upkeep and development of telecommunications infrastructure across The Bahamas. Outside of his professional work, Charles is involved in community development and youth mentorship. He regularly participates in community initiatives and programs aimed at helping young people develop leadership, discipline, and character.
